Knowledge Blocks
SSCS provides follow-up training that is sold in four-hour blocks called "Knowledge Blocks".
This is one-on-one training customized to fill specific gaps in an individual's knowledge of SSCS software.
A personal approach to follow-up training
Registrants for the Knowledge Blocks option are assigned a personal trainer. Together you will set dates and times to complete your training. It is important that you keep your scheduled appointment
with the instructor since he will have other training appointments as well as
classroom time already scheduled. If you miss your appointed time you will need to reschedule with your personal trainer
at a future date.
Prerequisites
- You must be an SSCS customer that has completed initial training by an SSCS certified trainer.
- You must be running the latest version of CDBWin (click
here for details on the current version) for a
minimum of 45 days since all instruction is based on the latest version.
How to schedule follow-up training
- Contact your SSCS account representative at (800) 972-7727. Make sure you have your SSCS
account number when calling.
- Inform the account representative of the areas on which you need follow-up
training.
- Work with the SSCS trainer to agree upon and schedule a one-on-one
appointment.
What does it cost?
Our current rate for each four-hour block is $1000.
