Scanning Direct Store Delivery Invoices Without Affecting Retail Prices in CDBWin

Tip

Have the night shift scan DSD invoices without changing retail prices until they are reviewed by management.

Instruct the night shift to scan DSD invoices into the HHT.

PDT3100 users:

1. Press N for Never when at the Prompt For Price Changes prompt.

MC3090 users:

1. On the File menu, tap New Delivery.

2. Select Never from the group of Edit List option buttons.

If the person scanning has entered retail prices for items on an invoice and transferred them to the HDP application, you have an option to not use the retail prices from the HHT.

1. From the HDP application, select the desired DSD invoices.

2. Clear the Apply list price from invoice to CDB check box.

3. Click Post. The items on the posted invoice in CDBWin will use the retail prices in CDBWin, not those retail values from the HHT.
